We All Live….                                                      

 

This natural water colour exhibition was created with students from PCH Seomra Seoda for the Something In The Water Arts Festival in Headford 2025. In an experimental art workshop students made their own water colour paints from natural ingredients they found in the kitchen. Beetroots, turmeric, red cabbage, plums, onions, lemon juice and baking soda formed part of their science-art experiments.

Inspired by the Beatles´ song YELLOW SUBMARINE they created a fantastical underwater world seen through the bull´s eye windows of their imaginary U-boat. Drawing portraits of each other they go an a voyage of exploration.

 

Our theme: ´We are all in the same boat travelling in today´s world together. We strive to live a life of ease where everyone of us has all we need and all our friends are all aboard.´
